Business Solutions
Thinking About Better Business Solutions
Better solutions usually start with clearer problems, simpler workflows, and respect for the people doing the work.
A business solution is only useful if it improves the way work actually happens.
That sounds obvious, but it is easy to confuse activity with progress: more screens, more fields, more reports, more meetings. Better solutions often remove steps before they add tools.
A useful filter
Before designing a solution, ask:
- What decision does this support?
- Who uses it every day?
- What manual step does it reduce?
- What information needs to be trusted?
The answers usually reveal the shape of the system.
